Everyday Tips For Losing 10 Pounds
There was a time in this world when the need to lose weight was completely unheard of.
People ate well, but they worked well too. They woke up early in the morning and then engaged in a whole day’s work.
This work was mostly physical labor. People worked in the fields digging, sowing, harvesting. They tilled the soil, rode horses, worked on farms and ranches.
The result was that they could afford to eat almost anything they wanted in whatever quantities they wanted.
Now that we are far more cultured than ever before we just don’t burn off a whole lot of calories. Our routine is the pretty much the same, but we perform our work responsibilities in a different way nowadays.
86% of American workers sit all day for their job, it is reasonable to assume almost all of them sit at a desk of some kind.
Given the number of Americans who perform their jobs on a computer or seated at a desk, the medical community is starting to become concerned about the health effects of this type of work load.
